The Central City Health Professionals facilities offer a diverse range of Pilates whether you’re looking for one on one coaching or a group session.

Clients will have the ability to learn floor technique with or without apparatus and effectively use the clinical Pilates machines.

For beginners, we see the importance of ensuring you know the core fundamentals for a successful Pilates workout so we offer you private tuition to make sure you understand all the keys including the connection of breathing to the contraction of the pelvic floor.

This first session is great for you and your Pilates trainer to understand your specific needs and tailor a workout to best cater to these. After this initial consultation, you are taken through a series of exercises to target your points of interest and in time, you will be challenged with a wide range of movement leaving you with improved well being, fitness and stability
